GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. Q. How does the program work?

A. It's as easy as placing your order through this web site (or by fax or phone). You will receive a confirmation within two business days. Your tuxedo will be delivered to your home or your office approximately three days prior to your scheduled departure. Once you return from the cruise, you simply re-package the tuxedo in the original box and return it to Cruiseline Formalwear using the pre-printed return label provided with the tuxedo. Affix the return label right on top of the original label and drop it off at your nearest post office. BACK TO TOP

2. Q. Do you ship outside the United States?

A. No. Currently we ship only within the continental United States, which excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. BACK TO TOP

3. Q. Is the rental fee for the entire cruise?

A. Yes, for voyages between 3 and 10 days long, the rental fee covers from the time you receive your tuxedo (approximately three days before departure) to the time you send the tuxedo back to us (two days after conclusion of voyage). For Voyages lasting longer than 10 days or if you have a special request (needing to keep garments longer), please call our office for an individual price quote. BACK TO TOP

4. Q. What is included in the tuxedo package?

A. What is included in the package depends on the package requested. All packages include at least one coat, one trouser, two shirts and cufflinks. Other accessories such as vest/tie sets or cummerbund/tie sets are included based on the individual package selected. Please refer to the men's apparel section of the web site and review package details. Shoes are not included in the package. BACK TO TOP

5. Q. What information do you need to place an order?

A. Please refer to the order form in the ordering section of the web site as this will cover all of the information necessary to process your order. BACK TO TOP

6. Q. How can I place an order?

A. You may place your order through this web site, by telephone or by fax.  To order by fax, please print the order form found in the Order Now section of this web site and fax it to 305-252-6855.  To place your order directly by telephone, please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-551-5091 (M-F 8am-12noon and 1-5 pm Est.). 7. Q. How much time in advance do you need for me to place an order?

A. Orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to sailing on your cruise in order to receive free shipping. We will be happy to process your order with a shorter lead-time, however a shipping charge may apply in order for you to receive your garments on time. If this is the case, you will be contacted with the details prior to processing the order. BACK TO TOP

8. Q. How do I pay for the rental?

A. Credit card payment information must be provided at the time you place your order. Your credit card will be charged the rental fee once the order is processed and an order confirmation number is issued. BACK TO TOP

9. Q. How do I receive an order confirmation?

A. If you place your order through the web site, you will receive an order confirmation by return e-mail within 2 business days after submitting your order. BACK TO TOP

11. Q. What sizes do I need to order?

A. The measurements we require are those you are currently wearing. Please refer to the simple measuring instructions provided in the order form for additional details. BACK TO TOP

12. Q. What sizes are available?

A. Size availability is not a problem. We cover a broad range of sizes from children's through large men's sizes. We do not offer portly or cadet sizes. BACK TO TOP

13. Q. I don't know my tuxedo size, how do I measure?

A. The measurements we require are those you are currently wearing. Please refer to the simple measuring instructions provided in the order form for additional details. BACK TO TOP

14. Q. Do you rent tuxedos for children?

A. Yes, we have a full range of children's sizes and accessories. BACK TO TOP

15. Q.What happens if a garment does not fit?

A. Cruiseline Formalwear takes care to provide an excellent fit. Each tuxedo is carefully prepared to the specifications provided on the order. Fitting problems rarely occur, however, we recommend that you try on your tuxedo as soon as possible upon receipt. If you have any questions regarding the tuxedo, please call our customer service department at 1-800-551-5091 (M-F 8am-12noon, 1pm-5pm) and speak to one of our representatives for assistance. 16. Q.What if something that I ordered is missing in the box?

A. Our warehouse personnel is very meticulous in preparing your tuxedo and making sure that every item is included in your order. RETURNING THE GARMENTS

17. Q.How do I return the garments?

A. Once you return from the cruise, you simply re-package the tuxedo in the original box and return it to Cruiseline Formalwear using the pre-printed return label provided with the tuxedo. 18. Q.How do I know that you received the returned garments after the rental?

A. You will not receive notification that the box has been delivered. However, the pre-printed return label provided has a tracking number that can be used to confirm receipt. BACK TO TOP

19. Q.What happens if I lose one of the garments that I have rented? 

A. If you lose a garment you will be charged the Stated Replacement Cost of the item. BACK TO TOP
